The Contempo Marin Homeowners Association (CMHOA) was founded around 1975. Its objectives and purpose are:
To encourage and assist resident homeowners of Contempo Marin in all dealings and negotiations with management, relative to any facet of management/homeowner relationships.
To help resident homeowners in understanding and using their rights and privileges, as well as their obligations.
To establish and maintain an active liaison with park management through the Board of Directors.
To promote the general welfare of all residents, whether they are homeowners or renters.
A community exists when people work together for their common goals. The CMHOA is the administrative arm of the Contempo community but we encourage everyone to participate and stay up to date.
