Who Is the HOA Board?

The Contempo Marin Homeowners Association (CMHOA) was founded around 1975 and is an owners' advocacy group. 

Its objectives and purpose are: 

• To encourage and assist resident homeowners of Contempo Marin in all dealings and negotiations with management, relative to any facet of management/homeowner relationships.

• To help resident homeowners in understanding and using their rights and privileges, as well as their obligations.

• To establish and maintain an active liaison with park management through the Board of Directors.

• To promote the general welfare of all residents, whether they are homeowners or renters.

A community exists when people work together for their common goals.
