Contempo Marin Homeowners Association - CMHOA

Welcome to the Contempo Marin Homeowners Association website.  Contempo Marin is a Manufactured Housing Community located off of Smith Ranch Road in San Rafael, CA. The Homeowners Association strives to advocate for all residents of the community as well as organize events and activities for all to enjoy.  We also work in a respectful and professional manner with our park management, ELS, to ensure that the park is maintained properly and only improvements that ELS is legally entitled to and that benefit the residents are paid by residents.

Do you have questions or concerns about community related issues?  All are welcome to attend our monthly community meetings which are held at the Clubhouse AND on Zoom, on the first Tuesday of every month, starting at 7:00 pm. (see the Calendar page).
